All projects have a start, and here is what the home we are going to work on looks like. While not in bad shape, old roofs and siding can have small openings that let the weather and insects inside.
Getting started by ripping the old soffit and fascia down. Checking to see what conditions the rafters are in. There is more to roof replacement, Fox Lake, then just placing down new Shingles.
With the roof done, we went to work on the siding next. After removing the old siding we put down a new insulative and protective barrier down. Now we just have to put the new siding up.
The siding is almost complete. Just one side left to go. All the hard work is nearly done and once it is this house will look as good as new!
