Preventative Home Maintenance Plan
Small home maintenance issues are easier to manage when they are caught early. Clogged gutters, worn caulk, loose flashing, drainage concerns, cracked exterior surfaces, and seasonal wear can all lead to larger repairs if they go unnoticed.
The MegaPros Preventative Maintenance Plan helps homeowners stay ahead of routine exterior maintenance with two seasonal visits each year: one in the spring and one in the fall.
Plans start at $600 per year. Pricing is based on home design, roof pitch, ease of access, and square footage.
What Is the MegaPros Preventative Maintenance Plan?
The MegaPros Preventative Maintenance Plan is a twice-a-year residential maintenance program that includes seasonal exterior review, gutter cleaning, gutter inspection, and a report with findings and repair recommendations when needed.
How the Plan Works
MegaPros visits your home twice a year, typically once in the spring and once in the fall. Appointments are scheduled seasonally around your schedule.
After each visit, homeowners receive a report with findings and any recommended repairs or concerns.
Available for Current and New Customers
The Preventative Maintenance Plan is available to both current MegaPros customers and new homeowners. The plan does not automatically renew, so homeowners can decide each year whether they would like to continue.
What Is Included?
The plan may include a visual review of:
- Shingles, roof vents, skylights, chimneys, stacks, flashing, and other exterior protrusions
- Gutters and downspouts
- Windows, including caulk, screens, glass, and shutters
- Window wells, covers, and pits
- Exterior foundation areas, visible cracks, and water pooling
- Hose spigots
- Exterior doors
- Driveways, patios, walkways, porch posts, and columns
- Decking
Gutter cleaning and gutter inspection are included.
Why Preventative Maintenance Matters
Many larger home repairs begin as smaller maintenance issues. When gutters clog, water does not drain properly, caulk fails, or exterior materials begin to wear, damage can spread before a homeowner realizes there is a problem.
Preventative maintenance helps homeowners stay ahead of spring and fall maintenance, keep gutters and downspouts working properly, identify exterior concerns earlier, and plan repairs before issues become more disruptive.
What This Plan Does Not Replace
The Preventative Maintenance Plan is designed for scheduled residential maintenance. It is not an emergency service, a real estate inspection, an engineering inspection, or a full diagnostic inspection.
Repair work is handled separately when needed.
