We visit your home twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall. 

Price starts at $600 a year based on your homes design.

What do we inspect?

• Shingles
• Vents
• Exterior Protrusions: Skylights, chimney, stacks, flashing
• Gutters and Downspouts: Cleaned and inspected
• Windows: Caulk, screens, glass, shutters
• Window Wells: Exterio, covers, pits
• Exterior Foundation: Review area around home, cracks, or concerns, water pooling
• Disconnect hose spigot in fall
• Reconnect host spigot in spring
• Doors
• Driveways, patios, walkways, porch posts/columns
• Decking
